Bervin Inc. is a four-generation family-owned real estate business started in 1928 that specializes in multi-family apartments in Chicago. We have buildings in East Lakeview as well as West Rogers Park.
Our approach is simple. We treat our tenants like we want to be treated; quick responses, open communication, and long-term solutions (not quick fix patches that don’t last). We provide, safe and affordable housing in well-managed and maintained buildings, just like our parents, grandparents, and great-grandparents did.
